Certain web browsers on some users' machines will automatically remove the .exe extension from the installer. If this happens then just right click on the downloaded file (installer), choose Rename and type .exe at the end of the file's name. Then open it as you normally would. Nothing happens when I run AdSense Smarter, now what? Once in a while someone is not able to run AdSense Smarter. Usually this is caused by an anti-virus tool or firewall not permitting AdSense Smarter to access the internet.
